 1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
– The item must be returned within **7 to 15 days** of the delivery date.
– The item must be **unused, unworn, and in its original condition**, with tags, packaging, and certificates (if any) intact.
– Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry is **non-returnable** unless it arrives damaged or defective.

 2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are **not eligible** for return or exchange:
– Customized or engraved jewelry
– Sale or discounted items marked as **Final Sale**
– Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
– Gift cards or promotional items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:
1. Contact us at support@jopanz.com within the return window.
2. Provide your **order number**, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
3. Wait for our approval and return instructions.
4. Ship the item back using a **trackable shipping method**. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

**Note:** We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

 4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
– A refund will be issued to your **original payment method** within **7 to 10 business days**.
– If the item was part of a promotion, only the amount paid (after discount) will be refunded.

If rejected:
– The item will be sent back to you at your cost.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
– Contact us within **48 hours** of receiving the order.
– Include clear photos showing the issue.
– We will offer a **replacement, repair, or full refund**, based on the situation.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed **only for size or design issues** (excluding custom pieces). Customers must bear the shipping cost for both sending the item back and receiving the new one.

 7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled **within 24 hours** of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
